Sharon Faye (Rauschenberg) Aaron

Youngstown – Sharon Faye (Rauschenberg) Aaron, 76, of Youngstown, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning, April 10, 2024.  

She was born on April 7, 1948 in Youngstown, the daughter of Norris and Jean (Ellis) Rauschenberg and was a lifelong area resident.

Sharon was a graduate of South High School and then began her career with Packard Electric as a press operator for over 30 years retiring in 1997.

Sharon was a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and enjoyed crocheting, golfing, bowling and fishing. She especially loved her beloved dogs Ginger and Peanut along with going to Casinos and playing games of chance.

Sharon leaves behind her two sisters Janice Schlosser of Austintown and Laraine (Stephen) Russo of Lake Milton, a nephew Brian (Amy) Schlosser of Struthers and three great nephews Gage, Greyson, Gehrig Schlosser along with cousins and friends. 

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends may pay their respects to Sharon on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 10:00 am until 10:50 am at the Thompson-Filicky Funeral Home, 4221 Market St., Boardman, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 am with Pastor Russ Adams as celebrant.

Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Boardman.
